DAMAC Tower to Represent Arabia in International Property Awards VERSACE Home interiors attract top accolade

The Middle East's largest private luxury developer, DAMAC Properties, will represent Arabia in the International Property Awards after its luxury Beirut project 'DAMAC Tower' won two prestigious accolades in the regional competition. DAMAC Tower is a landmark collaboration with Versace Home in Lebanon, and will now compete against property developers from the Asia Pacific, the UK, the Americas, Europe and Africa to find the ultimate 'World's Best' in each category.

DAMAC Tower won two Arabian Property Awards in the categories of "Best High-rise Architecture" and "Best Interior Design," and will now progress to the global awards in London in November. "For DAMAC Tower to be ranked as the best in Arabia, in two of the most important categories, is a significant achievement, particularly as it propels DAMAC Properties to the 'World's Best' finals. It's the fifth year in a row that DAMAC Properties has been successful in the Arabian Property Awards, which aim to recognise the best residential and commercial real estate professionals across the globe. The judging of the Arabian Property Awards was carried out by an esteemed panel of international judges. This year's judges included Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Sven Johns, CEO of the German Real Estate Association.
