Damac showcases ‘Versace homes’ at 27th Janadriyah Festival

DAMAC Properties announced today its participation at the 27th Janadriyah Festival, the national festival for Heritage and Culture; organized by the Saudi National Guard, under the patronage of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The company's Managing Director, Ziad El Chaar said: “Damac will be participating at this important national event, with a stand featuring a 3-D model of the Al Jawharah tower, currently under development by the company in Jeddah. This reflects the company’s focus on the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, which is considered a vital, active and attractive market to take part in.”

The participation of DAMAC, the Middle East’s largest private luxury property developer, in this cultural event, follows the launch of the “Damac Residences with interiors by Versace home” at Cityscape Riyadh at the end of last year. This occupies the last ten floors in the Al Jawharah tower, whose interior design bears the signature of “Versace Home.”

Al Jawharah tower recently won the award for "Best Architectural Design” at the Arabian Property Awards. With forty-seven floors, Al Jawharah will be one of the highest towers in Jeddah, and among the highest in the country. Construction of the development is rapidly progressing and currently reached the fourteenth floor.

El Chaar added: "Thanks to its height and the uniqueness of its architectural design, Al Jawharah is a stunning monument on the Jeddah Corniche. Its facade boasts a stunning design of unique curves employing a series of aluminum panels, which in addition to enhancing privacy within the apartments, also creates a beautiful silhouette of shiny silver 'fins.'"
