DAMAC Properties Hits Key Construction Milestone in Dubai Marina
Ground Floor Slab Cast at AED 508 Million Tower
DAMAC Properties, one of the largest luxury private developers in the Middle East, has cast the ground floor slab of its iconic 86-storey tower ‘DAMAC Heights’ set in the prestigious Dubai Marina area.
The AED 508 million luxury residential development sits on the final plot within the platinum real estate strip of the Marina, offering panoramic views overlooking the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina entrance.
The tower will comprise three, two and one bedroom apartments, as well as luxurious duplexes and penthouses. The complex will incorporate five-star amenities including a temperature controlled swimming pool, gymnasium, nursery, sauna, steam room, and spa facilities.
Units on the top 40-storeys of the state-of-the-art project present an innovative collaboration between DAMAC Properties and the Italian luxury fashion brand, FENDI, which will deliver an entire FENDI lifestyle to discerning residents through a high-end building with bespoke FENDI Casa interior design.

Reaffirming its position as one of the most desirable areas in Dubai, a recent report issued by the Dubai Economic Council (DEC) stated that Dubai Marina ranks first in the total number and value of transactions for all areas of Dubai.
