Duties / Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will be responsible for the design concept and supervising and producing drawing packages.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES

- Preparing and obtaining design brief from Sr.Manager.
- Liaising with the Sr.Manager and brain storming for getting concept phase.
- Specify and list down scope of work for the projects handled by the team.
- Preparing the presentation and boards with the design team and assure the quality of the same.
- Review the drawing, prior to issue for construction.
- To excel in interior design to ensure organization and project goals achieved.
- To manage, supervise, monitor, coordinate and ensure implementation & delivery of works within agreed time, quality and cost.
- To engage with internal and external parties to ensure design  and compliance issues are resolved and acceptable with parties concerned.
- Coordinate and report on issues regarding design, progress and internal value chain processes while overseeing projects achievement of goals and delivery.
- To lead Interior design team and to achieve and deliver the departmental and projects goals.

Education

- Degree in Architect or Interior Design

Experience

- At least 8 years of post qualification experience in design work preferably with a consultant

- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Interior design, contracts and implementation
- Conversant with interior design processes and execution of ID projects
