Duties / Responsibilities:

·         ONLY IRAQI Nationals with an overall experience of 7-12 years in the field of sales, managing a team of senior sales management professionals directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for DAMAC Properties.

·         Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance.

·         Exposure to regional and global markets and ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets are key criteria.

·          Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 2-5 years handling Property Sales, or Life Insurance sales. 

·         The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets.
