DAMAC Properties has announced the opening of its show apartment for DAMAC Esclusiva, which is located in one of the finest neighbourhoods in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The super luxury hotel apartments on King Fahd Road, facing Kingdom Tower, is being built by Al Haraman Gate construction. This upscale serviced apartment tower has already reached the 7th floor of construction and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2015.
